New Partnership for Industrial Development

To build a city, you first need a foundation. Understanding the scale of our mission, the committee met with representatives from Israel's top industrial firms to find a partner capable of sustaining our growth. We are pleased to announce that we have selected Elkayam Construction due to their extensive experience and technical capability.

Together, we are launching the construction of a state-of-the-art concrete plant within the Ma'ale Ephraim industrial zone. This is a heavy industrial undertaking requiring strict licensing from the Ministry of Economy regarding air pollution and noise control.

The new facility will feature two massive silos and a production capacity of 90 cubic meters per hour. The estimated investment for the plant is 995,000 shekels, with options for additional equipment bringing the value even higher. This plant will not only build our homes but will serve as an economic anchor for the Jordan Valley, providing jobs and resources for decades to come.
